Registration fees :
Early bird (deadline: June 30) : 100 € for students 125 € for post-doc200 € for PIs
Regular registration (deadline: September 23) :150 € for students 175 € for post-doc300 € for PIs
Late/Onsite (deadline: October 16) : 200 € for students 250 € for post-doc400 € for PIs
Registration will be free for symposia organizers and symposia speakers (though not for all of the co-authors of individual symposium abstracts), as well as for students of the University of Strasbourg (who supports the conference).
Registration will NOT be free for speakers in the short oral sessions nor for those presenting a poster.
Registration fees will cover a buffet lunch for all 3 days of the conference, as well as coffee breaks and social events (though excluding the Gala Dinner).
